Robert Hatch of Temecula California was killed in a Pedestrian accident on Rancho California road and Moroaga road. According to reports the victim was a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle. The cause of the fatal accident is still under investigation at this time. Our condolences go out to the family of the victim.
