Joshua Kenneth Melzer, 19 of Fallbrook was killed when the vehicle he was driving left the highway and rolled-over killing the victim and injuring his passenger. The fatal car accident occurred near Kelbaker Road, close to the town of Amboy. The cause of the fatal San Bernardino auto accident is still under investigation.
