Jury Awards $18 Million To Family Of Deceased Child Due To A Defective Tire

A California jury has awarded a $18 Million dollar judgment to the family of a child that was killed in a rollover car accident in Riverside California. The plaintiff's contended that the tire separated while the family was traveling in their Ford Explorer. The tire separation caused the family's vehicle to leave the roadway and rollover killing the child.
