Cody Rodenbucher, 17, from Needles California was killed in an apparent hit-and-run accident in Banning California. The Banning Police department had located a person of interest, which they have released but are still investigating the persons involvement in the Banning car accident. The accident occurred at the 4500 block of Ramsey Street and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
