Four people were killed, which included two children in a Ontario California car accident. The fatal car accident occurred on the southbound side of Interstate 15. The cause of the accident is unknown. However, several cars were crushed between large Big Rig trucks. The deceased have been identified as Ryan Villalpando, 32; his wife Veronica Villalpando; their son Mateo, 4, and infant Bella Rose.
